Business terms for using AshFlux Digital services.
1. Services
We provide digital marketing, Local SEO, website development, app development, social media, business setup and registration assistance services. Scope and deliverables are based on the selected order or agreed proposal.
2. Customer information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and authentic documents. AshFlux Digital may request clarification or replacement documents where information is incomplete or unsuitable.
3. Government and third-party services
MSME/Udyam and FSSAI services are assistance/facilitation services. Government approval, registration status and processing time remain subject to the relevant authority, eligibility, documents and applicable rules. Third-party fees may be separate.
4. Payments
Prices shown on the website are starting prices unless stated otherwise. GST is calculated separately where applicable. Website development requires a 50% advance before development begins unless a written proposal states otherwise.
5. Website hosting benefit
Eligible website orders include 12 months additional hosting. Hosting remains subject to the applicable AshHost service, fair-use, abuse and suspension terms.
6. Custom development
Custom websites, applications, APIs, dashboards and integrations are quoted according to requirements. Changes outside approved scope may require additional charges.
7. Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of source code, designs, third-party assets, fonts, plugins and other materials depend on the agreed project scope and third-party licenses.
8. Suspension
Services may be suspended for non-payment, abuse, fraud, unlawful use, security risks or material breach of the agreed terms.
